Erica Mendoza is the Owner of Mendoza Insurance Services and brings more than 24 years of experience in the insurance industry. She was born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley and is a graduate of Eastmont High School. Erica began her insurance career in 2001 and has since helped individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and financial security. 

As an owner and licensed insurance advisor, Erica is well‑versed in personal property insurance, as well as commercial insurance and life insurance. She works closely with multiple insurance carriers and participates in ongoing company training to stay current on coverage options, policy changes, and industry standards. Her approach focuses on education, clarity, and helping clients choose coverage that fits their needs and risk tolerance. 

Community Involvement & Personal Background 

Erica is married and has three children, two of whom also work at Mendoza Insurance Services. She is actively involved in her church, Church of God Faith of Abraham in Cashmere, and holds a board role with the Women’s Service League of North Central Washington (wslncw.org), a volunteer organization that supports community events and local causes. 

Outside of work, Erica enjoys puzzles and coffee and values time spent with her family and serving the community she calls home.
