Lalo was born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington, and graduated from Wenatchee High School in 2018. He attended Eastern University and has been a Customer Service Representative at Mendoza Insurance Services since 2020, serving as a primary point of contact for client support and policy service. 

Known for his outgoing personality and positive attitude, Lalo helps ensure clients feel welcomed, heard, and supported. He works in the office Monday through Saturday, assisting with policy changes, questions, and day‑to‑day service needs. 

Background & Personal Interests 

Lalo currently lives in Wenatchee, Washington, with his two‑year‑old dog, Leo. He is an active advocate for mental health and wellness and values creating supportive, positive connections both at work and in the community. 

Outside of the office, Lalo enjoys longboarding, playing basketball, and video games, and brings the same energy and enthusiasm to his work that he does to his hobbies.
